Random acts of kindness week – 15 – 19 February
Right now is the perfect time to spread some kindness and show those around you that you care and are thinking of them.
Lockdown 3.0 has been so much harder and we know many people are finding it much more challenging that previous lockdowns. So why not take a minute to show a friend, family member or colleague that you care.
Here are our suggestions on what you could do.
Clear Your Head
Daily life has changed for us all recently, and many of us are feeling lonely, worried and anxious – it’s ok not to be ok. Visit the Clear Your Head website for support and tips on how to cope this winter.
SAMH
The SAMH website is another great resource if you or someone you know is struggling. Not sure how you are feeling at the moment? Try their online Wellbeing Assessment tool, which will help you understand how you are feeling and give you useful easy steps to improving your wellbeing.
Need to talk
If you would rather speak to someone than trawl the internet, give the NHS 24 Mental Health Hub a call on 111 or call the Samaritans on 116 123. Both are free to all and lines are open 24/7.
Keep in touch and let us know the ways you will be showing kindness this week. Share the kindness by tagging us @braeheadcentre on social media.
