We get asked these things all the time. Hope you find them helpful.Absolutely we do. We also have a dedicated Shopmobility service. This can be accessed via our Blue Car Park. Give the team a call on 0141 885 1441 before your visit and they will book you in.

The centre opening hours are:
Monday – Friday – 10am – 9pm
Saturday – 9am – 6.30pm
Sunday – 10am – 6pm

Yes, we have cash machines throughout the centre, you can find them in the following locations:
Lower level
- M&S
- Next to the toilets
- Next to Deichamann
Upper level
- Next to smiggle
- Next to Schuh kids
We have three sets of toilets in the centre, each of these has facilities for disabled customers. They can be found in the following areas:
Lower level
- Just past Yo!Sushi in the food mall
- Between Shakeaholic and Regis near the food mall
- Next to Cinnabon
Upper level
- Between Lush and Fuel juice bar near the food mall

We also have an assisted changing area. This is situated on the upper level of the centre at the entrance to our baby change facilities.
Yes – in fact, our baby changing and feeding area is award-winning. You can find it on the upper level of the centre between Timpson and Subway.

Yes, we host regular quiet hours. These take place on the first Tuesday of each month between 10am – 11am.
There is a post box near the bus station. This is outside the doors between TK Maxx and Marks & Spencer.
The retail park can be found adjacent to the main centre. You can access the retail park through the doors between TK Maxx and Marks & Spencer.
No, we unfortunately do not sell gift cards – but the majority of our stores do. Ask in store for more details.
